The delicacy of the pink roses and the black bow remind me of the advert for a very famous perfume in which the beautiful Natalie Portman sings and hops freely and happily in a sea of flowers.
Much could be said about this no-brand dress made in the 2000s, but I think we'd all agree that it's a very feminine and romantic dress, but it has much more character.
The line: bustier bodice with sweetheart neckline, black bow in the center (removable, because it's a brooch!), flared skirt reminiscent of 1950s skirts.
The fabric: there's no label on the composition, but it's almost certainly polyester. Lots of three-dimensional roses cut directly into the tulle: a stress reliever for the hands (I dare you to resist running your hands over it again and again) and for the eyes (it truly looks like a cascade of flowers!).
