Vienna straw bucket

I selected this 70s bag some time ago, following the emotions it evoked in me.

Unusual,

• in shape: elongated, almost like a bucket with an oval base,
• in the material: in Vienna straw, a natural material very similar to wicker, invented by a Viennese cabinetmaker at the end of the 19th century.

The leather, an “ice” white at the base and in the details, is ultra-resistant and very practical.
Lined interior.
A matching cord holds a matching leather purse inside.

👉🏻 There are some marks, the white of the leather is no longer uniform, but a good shoemaker can restore it. The Vienna straw has lost some of its whiteness in place of its natural color. Objectively, I find it stunning as it is, authentic and superb, full of experience!

📐 oval base 19 cm wide, 7.5 cm deep. Height  30 cm. The shoulder strap, attached with two steel snap hooks, allows you to carry it on your shoulder.

Dirt and dust should be treated as needed with cleansing milk, and occasionally a light coat of moisturizer (Nivea is perfect!). Metal parts should be cleaned with Sidol.
