This handbag has been part of my archive for over a year and I've wondered many times how it might be received.
Authentic 1940s bag with bows, the shape is that of a trapezoid. Originally it had a short handle; later, the shoulder strap was replaced with a 1960s-style plastic chain, spectacular to say the least.
The leather is not at all valuable, on the contrary.
But it's a bomb of resistance.
The screw hook is a little gem.
Inside there are two compartments and a zip pocket.
